The Story Behind Genifea
Hi, I’m Pragati, the founder of Genifea. I’ve been building AI systems since 2007 and helping businesses solve complex problems through automation and intelligence.
When I moved to the UK and started house hunting, I stumbled across something unexpected; estate agency operations were stuck in the past with almost zero AI penetration.
Missed calls. Interrupted conversations. Slow follow-ups. Everyone had accepted this chaos as normal.
At the same time, I was advising Homesfy in India, where we were building systems for achieving under 1-minute response times for inbound leads.
The contrast was stark. That’s when it clicked — and Genifea was born.
